Ingredients

- 300g bucatini pasta
- 250g cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup non-alcoholic white wine
- 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
Instructions
- Cook bucatini according to package instructions; reserve pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in non-alcoholic white wine and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add lobster meat and reserved pasta water; stir to combine.
- Toss in cooked bucatini, seasoning with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
