Ingredients

  • 1 cup Doritos, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, taco seasoning, jalapeno, green onion, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese. Beat until smooth and well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  3. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to firm up.
  4. Just before serving, roll the chilled cheese ball in the crushed Doritos until evenly coated.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
