This taco cheese ball is a creamy, flavor-packed party snack that’s always a hit.

- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp. diced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Doritos, crushed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, taco seasoning, jalapeno, green onion, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese. Beat until smooth and well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to firm up.
- Just before serving, roll the chilled cheese ball in the crushed Doritos until evenly coated.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
