Ingredients

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 0.5 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 0.25 cup green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet.
- Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings; roast 30–35 minutes.
- Cook ground meat; add taco seasoning and water.
- Assemble bowls with potatoes, meat, cheese, and toppings.
