Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet.
  2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings; roast 30–35 minutes.
  3. Cook ground meat; add taco seasoning and water.
  4. Assemble bowls with potatoes, meat, cheese, and toppings.
