- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down evenly with greased hands.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about an hour before slicing into squares.
