- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Optional: 1 tsp lemon zest
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt if needed.
- Place the chicken skin-side up on a baking sheet or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
- Garnish with lemon zest and parsley if desired before serving.
