- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour (Can substitute with gluten-free flour)

- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 large Egg (For egg wash)
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (Can substitute with gluten-free breadcrumbs)
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil (For frying)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and cut chicken breasts into uniform strips.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the chicken strips in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg for the egg wash.
- Coat each chicken strip in the egg wash, then dredge in the breadcrumb and parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the coated chicken strips in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer cooked chicken strips to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve chicken strips with creamy herb ranch dressing on the side or drizzled on top.
