  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups water

  • ⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1 cup peas, frozen or canned

Instructions

  1. In a soup pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté gently without browning until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
