Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 2 oz Light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cracker Graham crackers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, protein powder, lemon zest, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
- Crush 1 graham cracker and sprinkle it across the bottom of your jar or cup. Top it with half of the oat mixture.
- Crush another graham cracker and sprinkle it on top of the first layer. Pour the remaining oat mixture over this layer.
- Cover and place in the fridge. Chill overnight or at least for 4 hours.
- Before serving, add a sprinkle of fresh lemon zest on top.
Notes
- Use any milk you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
