Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 oz Light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cracker Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, protein powder, lemon zest, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
  2. Crush 1 graham cracker and sprinkle it across the bottom of your jar or cup. Top it with half of the oat mixture.
  3. Crush another graham cracker and sprinkle it on top of the first layer. Pour the remaining oat mixture over this layer.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge. Chill overnight or at least for 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, add a sprinkle of fresh lemon zest on top.
