  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 whole Lemon (zest and juice)

  • For garnish: Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and mince the garlic. Zest and juice the lemon, and chop the fresh herbs for garnishing and the yogurt sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the cubed steak and season with salt and pepper. Sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan. Stir vigorously for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, pour in the lemon juice and zest.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the unsalted butter. Let it melt and gently toss the steak cubes to coat them evenly.
  5. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, parsley, chives, and lemon juice. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon the steak cubes onto a plate, drizzling the lemon butter sauce over the top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the herb yogurt sauce on the side or drizzled over the steak.
