- 1/4 cup butter
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip chicken cutlets in the lemon butter mixture.
- Cook cutlets in the skillet for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
