- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and uncooked rice. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the shredded or chopped cooked chicken evenly over the top of the rice mixture.
- Dot the top with slices or chunks of butter.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 60 minutes.
