- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (Sprinkled on top)
Instructions
- In a 6-quart slow cooker, mix together the onion, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, Sriracha, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil until well blended.
- Gently incorporate the thinly sliced beef into the mixture, ensuring that each piece is coated in that delightful sauce. Cover the slow cooker and let it cook on low for 2 hours.
- Create a slurry by whisking corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water. Pour this into the slow cooker and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 45 minutes.
