  • 2 tablespoons green onions (Freshly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (Sprinkled on top)

Instructions

  1. In a 6-quart slow cooker, mix together the onion, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, Sriracha, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil until well blended.
  2. Gently incorporate the thinly sliced beef into the mixture, ensuring that each piece is coated in that delightful sauce. Cover the slow cooker and let it cook on low for 2 hours.
  3. Create a slurry by whisking corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water. Pour this into the slow cooker and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 45 minutes.
