  • Gochujang: 1 tablespoon

  • Brown Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Broccoli Florets: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil water, cook rice noodles for 4-6 minutes, drain, and rinse.
  2. Heat oil, cook beef for 4-6 minutes until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add beef and noodles, pour in sauces, and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
