Ingredients
- Rice Noodles: 8 ounces
- Beef (sirloin or flank steak): 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 inch, grated
- Soy Sauce: 1/4 cup
- Gochujang: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Broccoli Florets: 1 cup
- Bell Peppers: 1/2 cup, sliced
- Green Onions: 2, chopped
Instructions
- Boil water, cook rice noodles for 4-6 minutes, drain, and rinse.
- Heat oil, cook beef for 4-6 minutes until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan for 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry broccoli and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
- Add beef and noodles, pour in sauces, and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
