Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp ground flax meal
- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
- 3 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour and flax meal until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough between parchment sheets into a 12×9-inch rectangle.
- Mix sausage and cream cheese, then spread evenly over the dough.
- Roll into a log, then slice into 10–12 pinwheels.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
