Keto Sausage Cream Cheese Pinwheels are low-carb comfort food, warm and cheesy, suitable for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flax meal
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
  • 3 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour and flax meal until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll dough between parchment sheets into a 12×9-inch rectangle.
  5. Mix sausage and cream cheese, then spread evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll into a log, then slice into 10–12 pinwheels.
  7. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
