Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C).
