Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3–4 minutes until fragrant.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add sweetener, and cook until lightly amber, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, salt, and toasted pecans.
- Pour mixture onto prepared tray and spread into a thin layer.
- Let cool completely until hardened.
- Break into bite-sized brittle pieces and store.
