Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are tender and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mushrooms. Stir in the chopped fresh thyme for an added layer of flavor, allowing the herbs to infuse for 1 minute.
