- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup keto-friendly granulated sugar (such as Swerve)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups keto-friendly powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the donut pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fill the donut pan 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, water, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Dip cooled donuts in glaze and let set.
