Ingredients

- 6 Low-Carb Tortillas (small, street taco size)
- 5 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
- 1/4 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
- 2 tsp Cinnamon, divided
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and Swerve Granulated Sugar on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
