Ingredients

  • 6 Low-Carb Tortillas (small, street taco size)
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon, divided
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and Swerve Granulated Sugar on top.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
