- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions of cottage cheese onto the sheet.
- Flatten each portion with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle salt and optional seasonings on top.
- Ensure spacing between each portion for even baking.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely to crisp up.
- Serve immediately or store for later.
