Description
Jalapeño watermelon margaritas are a refreshing, sweet and spicy summer drink made with fresh watermelon, lime, and a hint of jalapeño.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh watermelon (cubed, seeds removed)
- 1 small jalapeño (sliced, seeds adjusted to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tbsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup cold water or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Optional: lime wedges for garnish
- Optional: fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add cubed watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Optionally strain the juice for a smoother texture.
- Add sliced jalapeño and blend briefly to infuse flavor.
- Add lime juice, honey (if using), and water or sparkling water.
- Blend again until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level as needed.
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the mixture over ice.
- Garnish with lime wedges or mint if desired.
- Serve immediately.
