Instructions

- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
