- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
- Dip each chicken tender into the lemon garlic mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Then, coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
