- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup Swerve confectioners’
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup Swerve confectioners’
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup keto-friendly chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp coconut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, 1/4 cup Swerve, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and remaining butter. Mix in 2/3 cup Swerve, heavy cream, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until smooth. Spread into the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool.
- Top with toasted coconut, melted chocolate chips, and coconut butter. Spread evenly.
- Cool completely and cut into squares.
