- 8 cups stale bread (cubed)
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Cube stale bread and place it in the baking dish.
- In a skillet, sauté your choice of vegetables until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stir in cheese and cooked meat into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to soak.
