These 4 Ingredient Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles are a simple, healthy, and refreshing treat perfect for summer.
Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt: 2 cups
- Fresh Berries: 1 cup
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit by washing and chopping it into small pieces. If using frozen fruit, allow it to thaw slightly.
- In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and fruit. Blend until smooth, leaving some chunks of fruit if preferred.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.
- Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy immediately. If needed, dip the molds briefly in warm water to loosen them.
