These 4 Ingredient Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles are a simple, healthy, and refreshing treat perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt: 2 cups
  • Fresh Berries: 1 cup
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit by washing and chopping it into small pieces. If using frozen fruit, allow it to thaw slightly.
  2. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and fruit. Blend until smooth, leaving some chunks of fruit if preferred.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top.
  4. Insert sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours until fully frozen.
  5. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy immediately. If needed, dip the molds briefly in warm water to loosen them.
