Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon and chocolate chips, then roll tightly.
- Cut the roll into slices and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
