- 1 packet (1 oz) instant hot chocolate mix
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix and instant hot chocolate mix until well-blended.
- Stir in the melted butter, whole milk, and eggs until combined. Don’t worry about lumps; they will bake away.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mini marshmallows generously over the top.
- Pour the remaining batter gently over the marshmallows, allowing some to peek through.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving with whipped cream or extra marshmallows.
