- ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips or chunks
- 1 cup (50 g) mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix gently. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls. Press 3–4 mini marshmallows into the top of each ball.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, until edges are set and marshmallows lightly golden. Centers should look soft for a brownie-like texture.
- Cool 5 minutes on the pan before transferring to a rack. Enjoy warm for maximum gooeyness.
