Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356℉).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine all the ingredients to form a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 3 equal portions.
  5. Shape each portion into a roll and place on a lined baking tray.
  6. Flatten the rolls slightly for even baking.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
  8. Slice the warm cookies diagonally for easier handling.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
