Description

This honey pineapple salmon recipe is a flavorful, easy-to-make dinner featuring a sweet and tangy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush glaze over salmon, reserving some to baste halfway through baking.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, basting halfway through, until salmon flakes easily and is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with pineapple slices and chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve hot.
