- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush glaze over salmon, reserving some to baste halfway through baking.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, basting halfway through, until salmon flakes easily and is cooked through.
- Garnish with pineapple slices and chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve hot.
