- 1/4 cup Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Bell peppers
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Green beans
- 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley or green onions
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and let rest.
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat; add thighs skin-side down and cook until golden brown.
- Sauté Veggies: Reduce heat to medium, add bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and green beans; cook until vibrant.
- Whisk Sauce: Pour in honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce; stir and simmer until thickened.
- Glaze Chicken: Return chicken to skillet skin-side up; spoon sauce over thighs and simmer until sticky.
- Rest & Garnish: Turn off heat, let chicken rest, then sprinkle with parsley or green onions and sesame seeds.
