  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Green beans
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley or green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions
