- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm vegetable oil and cook the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds, then add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce for another 2 minutes until evenly coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
