  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Powdered sugar
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, honey, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto half the brioche slices, then top with remaining slices to form sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into 3 sticks.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Dip each stick into the egg mixture, letting it soak briefly on both sides.
  5. Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease lightly. Cook sticks until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve warm with fresh berries, powdered sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
