Instructions
- Pat the feta dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Season both sides of the feta with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cut the feta into ¾-inch cubes.
- Place a layer of feta in a mason jar.
- Top with a layer of fresh herbs and a sprinkle of lemon zest.
- Repeat layering the feta, herbs, and lemon zest until the jar is full.
- Pour olive oil into the jar, ensuring it fully covers the feta.
- Seal the jar and allow the feta to marinate for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
