Heart-Shaped Strawberry Pancake Stack is a fluffy, romantic breakfast made with tender heart-shaped pancakes layered with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
Ingredients

- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (plus more for pan)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pink or red food coloring
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for strawberries)
- Whipped cream or Greek yogurt, for layering
- Maple syrup or strawberry syrup
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Rest 5–10 minutes.
- Toss sliced strawberries with sugar if desired and set aside.
- Heat greased skillet. Place heart-shaped mold on pan, fill ¾ full with batter, cook until bubbles form, remove mold, flip and cook until golden.
- Layer pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream. Finish with syrup and powdered sugar.
