A moist and naturally sweet banana strawberry loaf made with Greek yogurt and wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients

- 3 bananas (ripe and mashed)
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 0.33 cup honey (or maple syrup)
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and mix with yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and oil.
- Whisk dry ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Fold in strawberries.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
