Ingredients

  • 0.33 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas and mix with yogurt, eggs, sweetener, and oil.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients separately.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  5. Fold in strawberries.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool before slicing and serving.
