Description
Sweet and savory Hawaiian ham and cheese sliders, perfect for parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
- 12–16 slices deli ham
- 8–10 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the entire sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Add an even layer of ham, then Swiss cheese. Place the top layer of rolls back on.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, brown sugar, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and salt.
- Pour or brush the buttery glaze all over the tops so it drips into all the nooks and crannies.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 8–10 minutes, until golden and melty.
- Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add more ham for extra meatiness.
- Brown sugar enhances the sweetness.
- Poppy seeds add a nice touch but are optional.
