Description

Ham and Cheese Sliders are a delightful combination of savory ham, gooey Swiss cheese, and a buttery topping, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 1 lb sliced ham
  • 1 lb sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (Melted)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Evenly layer the sliced ham over the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Place a generous layer of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
  5. Put the top halves of the buns back on top of the cheese.
  6. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  7. Mix in the Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  8. Pour the buttery mixture evenly over the assembled sliders.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Slice the sliders into individual servings and serve warm.
