  • 8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch slabs
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 whole-grain pitas or flatbreads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
