- 1 small onion, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground turkey, cooking until it browns and is no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add tomato paste, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper, then stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired.
