  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain excess fat, then add minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir and simmer.
  4. While beef cooks, slice red bell pepper, shred carrot, dice cucumber, and chop green onions.
