Description

A guide to making juicy and flavorful grilled pork tenderloin, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins (about 1.5 lbs each)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt. This creates your grilled pork tenderloin marinade.
  2. Place pork tenderloins in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator for a more flavorful grilled pork tenderloin.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400-450°F).
  4. Remove pork tenderloins from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the pork tenderloins on the preheated grill.
  6. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (medium-rare) or your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature of the pork tenderloin on the grill.
  7. Remove the grilled pork tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This ensures a juicy grilled pork tenderloin.
  8. Slice the perfectly grilled pork tenderloin and serve.

Notes

  • For a smoky grilled pork tenderloin, use a smoker box with wood chips on your grill.
  • You can substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs.
  • Adjust grilling time based on the thickness of your pork tenderloin.
  • Ensure your grill is clean to prevent sticking.
