Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait is a healthy and delicious treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
- 1 cup granola
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed berries. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
- In a glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Next, add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Follow with a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer of berries for added sweetness.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious parfait!
