Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed berries. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
  2. In a glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Next, add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Follow with a layer of granola.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  6. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer of berries for added sweetness.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious parfait!
