Description
Creamy Greek Yogurt Bark combines protein-rich yogurt with chocolate for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, whole milk/full fat)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla)
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- flaked sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan, spreading it out evenly to create a layer about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
- In a microwave, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until the chocolate is silky and smooth without any lumps.
- Carefully spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter yogurt mixture, ensuring an even coating that brings both flavors together harmoniously.
- Transfer the pan to the freezer and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours until the bark is completely firm.
- Once frozen, sprinkle the bark with flaked sea salt, then cut into squares or break apart with your hands. Enjoy your delicious creation!
