- 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the tofu cubes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat the tofu.
- Cover the bowl and let the tofu marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is lightly charred and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve the Greek-Style Tofu Souvlaki skewers with the cherry tomatoes, lemon wedges, and tzatziki sauce on the side.
