Description

A comforting yet fresh Greek Roasted Garlic Spinach White Pizza with roasted garlic, ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, and feta.


Ingredients

  • 1 unit pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium head garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for a crispy crust.
  2. Roast the garlic by cutting the top off the head, drizzling with olive oil, wrapping in foil, and baking for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the pre-made pizza crust.
  4. Add the roasted garlic by squeezing the cloves onto the ricotta, then sprinkle with spinach and other cheeses.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
