- 2 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice and Zest
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Dill

Instructions
- In a pan, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat; add finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
- Gently stir in the long-grain rice and toast it for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in your choice of vegetable or chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the lemon juice, zest, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fluff the rice with a fork to separate the grains. Serve warm.
