  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large pita breads or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  2. Season the beef with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  4. Warm the pita breads in a pan or oven for about 1 minute.
  5. Fill each wrap with cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber slices.
  6. Drizzle the creamy feta dill sauce over the filling.
  7. Fold the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
