Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and gluten-free flour.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
